The new student centre on the main campus of the University of Magdeburg is due to be completed by 4 December. It will be run by Campus Kombinat, an initiative set up by students and alumni.

On 4 December, from 4 pm to 9 pm, the campus will be decked out in its festive finery. Students and staff are invited to experience the winter market for the third time and get into the Christmas spirit together

For Elicia Vetter and Lucie Kolbe, physical education classes this summer term were different from usual. Normally, the two teacher-training students attend their sports science modules – their minor subject – on the university campus. This time, however, their studies took them to the University of Jyväskylä in Finland for five days.
