On 17 June 2026, the University of Magdeburg will once again be hosting the JOBS HERE Festival on the university campus. The event is set to be an open festival focusing on the future, careers and life in the region, all set against a backdrop of live music, street food and spaces for people to meet.
For Elicia Vetter and Lucie Kolbe, physical education classes this summer term were different from usual. Normally, the two teacher-training students attend their sports science modules – their minor subject – on the university campus. This time, however, their studies took them to the University of Jyväskylä in Finland for five days.
